3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your hosting plan. Fees are billed in advance based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.). All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and Skrill. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid by the due date may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15 to 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within this period from the date of initial purchase.

5.2 Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain name registration and transfer fees
• Setup fees or custom services
• Add-on services such as SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, etc.
• Renewals (refund policy applies to initial purchases only)
• Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@ziperhost.com with your account details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities
• Hosting adult content or sexually explicit material
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Using excessive server resources that impact other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

6.2 Resource Usage

Shared hosting resources are shared among multiple users. Excessive use that negatively impacts server performance may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend accounts using excessive resources and recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in service interruptions.

7.2 Maintenance

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on our servers. We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups of our servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not liable for any data loss.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

9.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your client area or by contacting support. We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data may be deleted within 30 days of termination. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Ziperhost.com, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of CHRISTEN VENTURES LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTEN VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CHRISTEN VENTURES LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
