Most hosting services are activated automatically upon successful payment verification:

  • Shared Hosting Plans: Activated within 5-15 minutes of payment confirmation
  • Domain Registration: Processed immediately, though DNS propagation may take up to 24-48 hours
  • SSL Certificates: Issued within 1-24 hours depending on the certificate type

2.2 Manual Review Services

Some orders may require manual review for security and fraud prevention purposes:

  • New accounts from high-risk regions
  • Large orders or bulk purchases
  • Payment verification issues

Orders under manual review are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST).

Note: Some domain extensions may have different transfer timelines based on registry requirements.

5. Service Migration

If you're transferring your existing website to Ziperhost:

  • Free Migration: Available for select hosting plans
  • Timeline: Completed within 3-5 business days after receiving necessary credentials
  • Requirements: You must provide access to your current hosting account

To request migration assistance, please submit a support ticket after your account is activated.

6. DNS Propagation

When you point your domain to our servers or make DNS changes:

  • Changes are implemented immediately on our end
  • Global DNS propagation can take 24-48 hours
  • During propagation, some users may see the old site while others see the new one
  • Full propagation across all global DNS servers may take up to 72 hours in rare cases

7. Delays and Issues

7.1 Payment Verification

Service activation may be delayed if:

  • Payment fails or is declined
  • Additional verification is required by our payment processor
  • Billing information doesn't match payment method

7.2 Incomplete Information
